Don't be fooled by the staff & dentist. They are very nice on the outside but when it comes to payment they are relentless on getting their money.\r When I went in, I thought I still had coverage but to my surprise I was not covered anymore under my insurance. I had every intention on paying. I called them & asked if they would give a cash discount on services due to me being the only one w/a job in my household. ""NO we can put you on a pymt plan w/interest and it has to be taken out of your checking acct. monthly.""\r With this said, I can barely get by w/pymnts & they want to tack on interest.\r Give me a break we are in ""Rescession"" more

Caring, Gentle, Trustworthy Dentist 12/23/2010

In a day and age when customer service is a thing of the past....It is ALIVE AND WELL in Dr. Woodward's office! Dr. Woodward is honest and approachable. I wouldn't trust my children or myself to the hands of any other dentist. He is patient and caring! His office is welcoming and full of positive energy. The billing department is always helpful in assisting me with my insurance and answering my questions. I highly recommend this office!!! more

best dentist i have ever been too 11/18/2010

I love the entire staff and dentist at this office. Dr. Woodward always goes out of his way to make my kids and myself feel comfortable, and to know that he is available on the weekends if i ever had an emergency. My daughter fell on her face and he came in on his day off to take care of it. more

Does good work but at what cost, dishonest benefits 11/30/2009

Good salespersons, gets you to buy off that all of his unnessesary proceedures are needed when they really aren't. You think you will only be paying a small portion of the treatment because he shows you what is covered. (when it realy isn't) Then you get the bill for thousands of dollars and his office can say is, ""Sorry we were wrong, here is your bill."" Pros: Nice clean office Cons: Lies about what is covered by insurance more

Great Dentist 10/13/2009

I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family. Our first experience was surprisingly pleasant. My wife and I have definately chosen our permanant Dentist! Pros: Friendly staff, nice building, easy to set appointments more
