I happened to break my key in the lock late last night. I asked my friend and he highly recommended the guys from Sentinal Lockout Services & security Systems so I called. They were here in less than 30 minutes and got me in in less than 15. All I can say is thank you more

Professional Locksmith 5/7/2010

So, it has been a while, but right before we moved we got locked out of our apartment. Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems totally saved us. They were fast - and the price was right! The person that answered the phone was kind, and dealt with my near hysteria without batting an eye or getting snippy. The locksmith not only did a great job, he didn't once make me feel like a total idiot, which frankly, I kinda was! more

I'm a real estate broker, and my clients just bought this great house where the tenants lost the keys to 4 of 5 locks, and everything was very old and corroded. I called Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems and they came right on time, opened all the locks without keys, and re-keyed everything to match in record time. While the locksmith was at it, he cleaned and lubricated everything so it works great. The price was great. Thank you guys!! more

Sentinal Lockout Service & Security Syestems was fast, efficient, affordable, friendly. I locked myself out of my house one afternoon last week for the first time ever and Sentianl made the lame experience as best as possible of one to be had under the circumstances and didn't gouge me while they were at it. Recommended! more

The Best Locksmith in Town 5/6/2010

These guys are awesome. They're very nice whenever I come in (which is a lot of occasions as of late since I needed to duplicate like 30 keys), and were very accommodating with my needs of looking up and duplicating a key to a cabinet that I had accidentally locked for which I did not have a key. Whoops. Also, in my haste running back and forth from Sentinal Lockout Services & Security Systems to work, I must've dropped one of the keys I got duplicated on the street somewhere. Stupid, stupid, stupid! But guess what? They very kindly duplicated it for me for free. I keep coming back to them even though there are other places nearer my work that I could go to get keys duplicated. Sentinal Lockout Services is a definite Win. NICE, I LIKE! more

Great locksmith! When I called them on a Friday afternoon (just around quitting time) after my wife got locked out of the apartment, the gentleman came to her rescue within about 20 minutes and got her back in the apartment faster than you can say "Oh crap, did I remember to take my keys wi--". Pricing was very reasonable, considering he had to get her through three doors, and my wife reported he was a very pleasant guy. Afterwards, he called me to let me know my wife was safely inside and also asked me if I'd write a review for him, which I was happy to do. But in case you're suspicious of all the 5-star reviews from people who have only written one review (like I was), I think they're just happy customers who don't normally write reviews. more

New home, New locks.. 5/5/2010

We bought a new house and needed the locks changed, re-keyed and some additional locks placed. Sentinal Lockout services was terrific. Came on time, reasonably priced and gave us good suggestions as well as completing the job timely and ordering us the needed special locks.They even stopped by when we had a little trouble with one of them the same day and now everything is perfect. Highly recommended! more

"If you are happy with our service"..... well here I am, a couple of days later to leave my review of Sentinal Lockout Services, in my opinion one of the best contractors out there. I own a residential rental company and have to have the locks rekeyed relatively often. I just changed our service because I was definitely unhappy with the last group. I will be calling Sentinal for all my future needs! more

Professionals 4/29/2010

I recently hired Sentinal Lockout to do several minor door repairs, including installation of a digital keypad, new door handle, adding secure bolts to french doors, and a new door sweep. They arrived on time, and completed the job in time for me to make another appointment. Very reasonable price for all the work they did, with two people, about 3 hours total. I would definitely hire them again for any door or security work. Nice to have a professional organization to work with! more
