Walters Jewelry is the best. My mother has been a customer for many many years. 30 years ago my husband bought my engagement and wedding rings from Walters and just this past year I wanted to update the look of my wedding bands. Walters had lots of options and took the time to visit and speak with me to find out what I was looking for. My updated/new wedding bands are just beautiful. You will never beat the service and satisfaction you get from knowing your jeweler will be there the next time you walk in the door and need to ask a question or have something repaired. They are just the best. more

An Institution in St. Charles 5/10/2006

Any long-time resident of St. Charles knows that one of the most trusted jewelers in the area is Walter's. They carry a wide selection of both new and estate jewelry. Whether you are looking for a traditional piece or something with a more contemporary design they are able to help. We have had them repair an antique watch and size and antique ring. They were very knowledgeable about the older pieces and offered us some information and advise about them. I have always left Walter's feeling like I was treated to some old-fashioned customer service which is tough to find these days. more
