Best Experience Ever Buying A Car! 2/15/2014

Great salesperson 2/11/2014

From the moment we walked into the door, we were greeted graciously by Frankie Francis. As I came in not knowing which care to buy, he helped me with my options, and helped me find the best car I could have for my limit. It was raining the entire time we were there, but Frankie helped us with test drive and even when the test drive car, had to be jumped in the rain. My children were with us the entire time as well and they were happy with being able to sit in the cars and relax. I love my new Fiat 500L and it drives wonderfully. I drove off with my first ever brand new car and was happy with outcome. Thank you Walter's but especially Frankie, who send us a picture afterwards of me standing in front of my new car! more

I had an exception experience at Walter s Fiat for my very first oil change service. I was assisted by Miss Tiffany Torres. She was very personable, helpful and informative. The service was done within the estimated time. I was delighted by the friendly customer service I received. I will be going back and recommend Walter s Fiat of Riverside to any Fiat owner. more

My BMW X3 Experience! 2/19/2013

This is my second purchase from Walter's Fiat and PreOwned store! We were greeted with a huge smile from Frank Francis upon our arrival to the lot. We told him we live near by and had been eyeing the X3 for a week now and only wanted to get a closer look. He opened it up and allowed us to look at it. He offered a test drive but naturally we were afraid we would buy and refused. I said let me just see if I can qualify and I did! The payments were way less than I imagined. Great Car & Great Dealer! 11/17/2012

I'm very impressed with my new FIAT 500 Abarth, & had an amazing track day curtesy of FIAT last week at the Auto Club Raceway--what a kick. I have been most impressed with Derrick Lynn in parts & service. My first service was fast and efficient and I really appreciate the personal touch that Jason puts into his work when I ask questions about the workings of the car. How great that they wash my car each time. The number of accessories they stock gives me lots to look at while I wait for my car. I drove all the way from Orange to Riverside to buy this car in the first place (the deal was great) and I plan to keep coming here for service thanks to Derrick and his staff. Kimberly always offers me a bottle of water, and everyone there has been most pleasant to deal with. The two other dealers I checked out much closer to me did not impress me at all! more

I brought my car in for a basic service and was treated like a million bucks. The Walters team was very nice and made me feel appreciated regardless of how much money I was spending. I was in and out within an hour which is alway nice on your one day off. Walters fiat gets a 10 from me!! I enjoyed the whole experience there and will go again more

Excellent Customer Service 9/18/2012

I purchased a Fiat 500 Pop from Walters Fiat. I was very pleasantly surprised when I took my car in for it's first service. In the past when I purchased a new car and I would visit the service department I was treated much differently then the day I purchased it. Not so at Walters Fiat. Derrick Lynn was extremely pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to assure that I was comfortable the entire time I was there. I had questions about my car and he took a great deal of time to help me. I chose to wait rather then take the ride home which they offered. Every person who passed me offered me something to drink, turn the tv on for me, get me a magazine etc... I was even surprised that when I stepped outside for a moment the mechanic approached me and informed me that my car would be ready soon. In a nut shell I was greeted with a pleasant smile and extremely GREAT customer service from everyone I came in contact with. I will be recommending Walters Fiat to everyone I know. more
