Wow, I'm actually shocked by the bad review that someone else wrote! Every service I've had at Walter Claudio has been fantastic. Everywhere I go someone asks me where I get my hair cut, and the highlights I had done there are so natural-looking that people ask me IF I get my hair colored rather than WHERE I have it colored or WHAT I use to color it. :)\r \r Just gettting a haircut there is an experience; first comes the excellent coffee, then a scalp massage as you and your stylist chat about your hair, a steamed towel for your head after your shampoo, and a hand treatment are all part of the package in addition to a terrific haircut/color/etc.. I also find the prices to be incredibly reasonable, as well. At $45, my most recent haircut was an incredible bargain, especially in Southern California. Highly recommended! more

They are nice at first, my first experience was fine, but most of the beauticians seem fairly new and inexperienced. I had to go back twice to have them fix their work, and both times they fixed it, but seemed aggitated about it (if I'm paying top dollar it should be done well). After one of the guys washed my hair, the time I was getting it fixed, he showed me where the brush, comb and blow dryer was and said he wasn't trained to do a blow out- then left.
