Customer Service! 11/29/2011

I needed 300 prints of some pictures ASAP, A great person in the photo department worked tirelessly to make sure my print came out great, she took the time to re-crop badly cropped photos and then printed out my job and made sure that I got them by my deadline. PERFECT customer service, I was very impressed. more

Typical Work Ethic 10/9/2005

The store is an exercise in patience. Some workers claim to NOT speak English. Rarely do u find a worker who knows what's in their dept. Most of the cashiers are slow beyond imagination. The really only good thing about this chain is that it's still cheaper then HEB. A lot of the staff like to poke fun at shoppers in Spanish thinking we don't understand them. That's incredibily RUDE!
