Another Walmart 4/14/2006

I have visited a lot of Walmarts. I have to say that this is one of the cleaner ones. The clerks seem helpful and friendly enough. They do seem to have lower prices on a lot of their items and not just grocery items than some of the other walmarts. I didn't notice that they had any self check outs though, that could take away some of the congestion with waiting in line to pay. more

I am not a big fan of Walmart in general. The clarin store is cleaner that I have seen other stores and the employees are for the most part helpful, unless you want to purchase fish, then you have to look all over the store for someone to help you. The one thing that I love about Walmart is their Code Adam policy that they have. When my daughter got away from my husband and I one day and we could not find her, I told a employee and they took action to block all the entrances and put all employees on alert. Within a matter of minutes, my daughter was back in my arms. All stores should have a policy like that. more

Too busy for me 3/23/2006

On the positive side, the store is always clean and cheaper than grocery stores. Mostly though, the store is just too busy. Many times the parking lot is fairly full. I nearly always have a long wait in checkout. I'd rather go to a grocery store where they have big sales and double coupons. I don't think this problem is Clarion specific, but walmarts in general. more
