I am very disappointed with my experience overall. I purchased a vehicle from Wally himself and was lead or mislead to believe that the extended warranty he sold me would cover anything that would go wrong with the vehicle. It took Wally months to get me an actual copy of my extended warranty. His sales rep and himself both assured me that a known problem with my vehicle wouldn't go bad and if it did they both assured me that he was a certified mechanic shop and would remedy anything that would/could go wrong. Well when a major repair was needed he assured me that he would fix it. I dropped my vehicle off for 5 days and was assured the problem was rectified, and nothing was done to the vehicle. Then I went to a certified mechanic, an actual dealership and was given horrific news that I needed a couple thousand dollar repair. When I notified Wally, he cussed me out and told me to to fly a kite. It's sad today when a used car salesman needs to be sleazy to sell a vehicle to a 67 year old woman and take advantage of her lack if knowledge of vehicles. I put my trust and confidence in Wally and he looked me in my eyes and promised me that Wally's Auto World would take care of me, well I found out that he isn't a man of his word and sold me an extended warranty that isn't worth the paper it was written on. It's so disheartening that he threaten my son when he called to question is word and extended warranty. I would never recommend him to anyone and have heard that a lot of people have experienced the same issues with that dealership. His ethics or lack there of need to be addressed by someone or he should lose his license to sell vehicles. more

Six months after buying a vehicle from wally's I am getting rid of it and releasing ending my bank loan two years short. They refused any work on my car right off the bat, kicked me out of his office, and did not touch my car until i got police involved. Within the first week check engine light goes on. They rebuilt the front right end and told me they would order the o2 sensor. His clown of a mechanic ripped my four wheel drive wiring out making his attempt at rebuilding the front end. Four wheel drive is trashed. It took them three months by the time they got my 02 sensor and by then my catalytic converter died and i had to replace all the parts. so far i have had two 02 sensors, catalytic converter, brake lines, front end and rear end, evaporative emission system rotted out, three timing belts dry rotted, no four wheel drive and no word from wally. Bunch of cheapskates everything they say is a lie. refused to give me an oil change when i bought the car. All he did after i bought it was wash and shine the turd he sold me. more
