I spent five days at Livengrin for benzo detox recently and the experience was nothing short of horrific. For starters, EVERYTHING I have EVER read about benzo withdraw indicates a slow taper over a long period of time. Livengrin favors a speed taper and supposedly after five days I was to be "free" of my benzo habbit. Needless to say, the first thing I did when I was released was drive immediately to my doctor to describe the situation and told me that a five day detox was dangerous. The staff were nasty and I never want to repeat the experience. If you are looking for quality safe and kind care, try Carrier Foundation in Belle Meade NJ Pros: none!!!!!!!!!!!
