Wallach, Jeffrey D, Md - Milwaukee Nephrologists Sc

I have been suffering from lupus for 15 years. Recently moved to Milwaukee and a co-worker recommended I see Dr Rosler at Milwaukee Rheumatology Center. Apparently he is taking care of my co-worker's father, grandmother, and niece. Never met a most caring physician. I was ready to die from this disease. He has not only given me hope, but he has been able to control the lupus in ways that makes me want to continue to live. The wait time to see him is usually a bit long, but once he brings me in (I'm surprised to see he rooms his own patients), it is all worth it. Highly recommended as a physician. His staff is also very caring. more

I did not like my original doctor, Dr. Goldman. I asked the clinic if I could change to a different Dr. in the practice and was told no. NO! I am the consumer...I can hire or fire my Dr. Why could I not switch to a different Dr. in the practice? Are they hiding something? I feel like they do not care about me as a patient or a person. I also work in the medical profession and would NEVER treat a patient the way they have treated me. I question now why would I want to stay there! They obviously have zero customer service skills, and care more about their pocketbooks than people. If you have rheumatoid arthritis I strongly advise not going to this clinic. They never answer the phone, they take days to refill medications, the front staff are a couple of young women with no professionalism and sarcastic attitudes. They are the WORST CLINIC I HAVE EVER been to. I hope their business rots, and I will pray their current patients get the care they need or get thr #$%@ out of their.
