They buried my father, who died unexpectedly, in the wrong casket, along with a laundry list of mistreatment, unprofessional behavior and blatant rudeness that my family was subjected to by the staff and owners of this establishment. At a very difficult time, we were treated SHABBILY at best! more

The Wallace Broadview Funeral Home turned an otherwise very sad experience into a smooth transition. This past Thursday, my family had a memorial service for my stepfather. His death was very unexpected and it was so hard on my mother. My stepfather's neice and I took the lead to coordinate the memorial services. It was hard because on top of coping with the grief of losing him, we had no real prior experience of planning this type of service. Needless to say Mr. Wallace and his staff were wonderful. They were sensitive to our budget, as a matter of fact, Mr. Wallace discounted many of the services. The staff were so helpful, they supplied us with everything we needed and made suggestions about things we hadn't considered. The Wallace staff made the entire experience an easier transition for our family. Thank you so much Wallace Broadview Funeral Home - you're a class act!
