Worst Company I've ever used 1/21/2009

I deal a lot with subcontractors in my line of work. I hired Wall to Wall to do some wood flooring for one of my jobs. The install was botched, uneven, and the installers made a mess. This did not upset me, I understand that sometimes things just go badly. So I called them and told them the customer was unhappy and the work wasn't done correctly. They told me they would be happy to fix the problem. more
