Marvin came recommended from a friend whose whole family buys their jewelry from him. I had been to a few other jewelers first, and none of them provided the level of of service and the amount detailed information and guidance that Marvin did. I was in the market for an engagement ring. Marvin worked within my budget, and did not try to oversell. He educated me so I could make informed decisions about the selection of diamonds. I was able to get a very high quality diamond for a very good price. I then gave him a photo of a ring that I knew my girlfriend liked, and he arranged for the exact same setting. He arranged to have a custom-made ring created, and I was able to get the exact ring I wanted for far less than over-the-counter rings, and most importantly within my budget. P.S. My fiance LOVES the ring. more

I've been going to Wall Street Jewelers for years and the reason is because every time I go there they treat me like family. Lorraine is a gem, the sweetest, always follows up with a phone call reminding me my pieces are in, giving me a heads up with they are having sales and they give the best prices on gold. I recently purchased my wedding bands and Marvin cleaned my husbands extra diamond ring for nothing. It looked brand new like I had purchased a new ring. He was even kind enough to lend me use pearls on my wedding day and trusts me with them knowing I would not be returning for three weeks. I can't even think of going anywhere else. I wanted to buy a Cartier watch for my fiancee as a wedding gift. A friend of mine recommended Wall Street Jewelers and so I spoke to the owner Marvin. He gave me a decent price for the watch and the alligator band and promised that I will have it in the mail in 3 business days. Long story short....I did not receive the watch and the band for 3 months!!! He refused to return my calls, when I told him that I am coming to the store to pick up my money, he threatened to call the police on me. His excuse was that the items were on back order with cartier and no one had it in stock. I finally received it ONE week before my wedding!!! AVOID this place like the plaque!!! Cons: TERRIBLE EVERYTHING -JEWELER is a LIAR more

Avoid this retailer. His prices are generally very good but don't forget the old saying ""you pay for what you get."" I bought a watch and it never arrived. Truly a nightmare to deal with. more
