Wall, Scott, Dds - Kidz Dental Works

What an amazing office! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way the assistants and Dr. treat the kids. Dr. Wall is truly one of the best. As far as the other comments regarding insurance and the billing department - I've never had a single problem but then again I know that insurance is my responsibility to make sure they pay my claims. You know there is always a few people who have bad to say, but I have nothing bud good to say about Dr. Wall and his staff. My Children are 18 and 15 this is the only Dentist my youngest has ever seen. It will be a sad day when the time comes to start going to a general Dentist. Dr Wall is Amazing with kids and Parents. He always tells you the options you have and the staff is always more then helpful to also help with financial options available. Everyone has problems with billing, but it is our responsibility to know what our insurances pay right? So if my opinion matter I would HIGHLY recommend Kidz Dental Works.. more

I have attended this Dentist for 8 years. Not sure why I kept going back. \r They can not get billing straight. Quotes are always WAY off. \r They will tell me what my child needs with out the thought of what insurance will cover at the time, for example. My Insurance will NOT cover sealants as the same time as a cavity. I would NOT have agreed to a sealant at that time then.\r They always tell me I owe them Money do to find out they don’t submit things properly to my insurance after hours of being on hold and talking to my insurance company they tell me why they didn’t pay or rejected the payment to kids Dental works then I call Kidz dental back and tell them how and what needs to be submitted. ISNT THAT THEIR JOB??????\r After this last billing issues I have had enough I go to Atlantic Ped Dentist for the last year and not 1 billing issue, also in Syracuse and LOVE IT!!!!\r So if you want to find your self paying way more for things that you probably dont even need then try them. To bad the billing department cant get their heads on straight!\r more

I have been going to this dentist with my 2 boys since we moved to Utah 2 years ago. Our first visit they informed me that my oldest had 2 cavities and needed a tooth pulled, he was only 2.5 at the time so they recommended sedation so we went and things went smoothly...although upon closer examination they discovered he had 5 cavities - ok I thought, maybe they couldn't see everything during the initial exam because my son wasn't super cooperative. Next visit 6 months later - no cavities! Next visit 6 months later - son now 4 so fully cooperative for x-rays, full exam. Dentist told me he had 2 small cavities - boo! Scheduled to have him sedated again (son does not do well with needles). Went to appointment - after he was sedated dentist informed me he had SIX CAVITIES - mind you this is less than a month and a half after x-rays! I was in tears...called my brother in law who happens to be a dentist and was told this was HIGHLY unlikely but what am I going to do my kid is already sedated...I was SOOOOO upset and asked to see x-rays was told the cavities didn't really show up on x-rays???? Then all of a sudden they said oh really it is only 5 cavities - WORST experience ever - my poor baby! Also - video games and movies don't work - so just save yourselves and go to a regular and honest dentist! Sorry for my rant - I am not crazy but if you mess with my kids I am going to lose it! more
