Let me also add that I am also a previous tennant of one of their rental properties, having leased from them for a five year period. During this time they were ALWAYS very responsive to our needs as a tennant and we were very pleased with our leasing experience with them. more

Our experience with Walker has been a very positive one. We have been with them for years, and any time we have a problem that my husband or I cannot take care of ourselves, they have been great! I will use Walker again and recommend them to my friends and family. more

I have dealt with many real estate and property management companies and have never been so impressed with the genuine concern for the client and customer. Each of the members of this team are most impressive. Jariah was bluntly honest and very knowledgeable about real estate market. He provided me with excellent advise on how to best realize the goals that I had set for my property. He asked all of the right questions and established an asset management plan that I could not be more pleased with. It is both realistic and will get me to where I desire to be with my property. This company has tremendous experience and exhibits the highest degree of integrity and honesty. more

I've had the pleasure of working with Walker Asset for several years now and in my experience there simply isn't a more experienced and professional company in Colorado Springs. As a mortgage lender I have the opportunity to work with dozens of real estate agents and property management companies every year. So when one is so far above the rest I feel compelled to tell people about it. more

Couldn't pick a better agent 6/30/2011

Jariah is one of the most knowledgeable and hard working realtors I know. I've never worked with an agent who's a better negotiator if you're selling or purchasing a home. And the service for his tenants seems top notch as well. Having helped many of them purchase homes after renting a home through Walker Asset I've heard nothing but positive feedback that the process was transparent, clear and explained fully upfront. In my opinion you simply couldn't pick a better agent or company for your real estate needs. more
