worst experience at a walgreens 9/4/2010

very poor store. went to card aisle, three people we sitting on the floor looking at cards. their card was sideways and had no manners of us getting through the aisle. finally pick our card and went to check out. black lady in cosmetics was the most inconsiderate and rude cashier i ever met. i had to thank HER before she said anything as i was leaving. tried calling the store to report her to the manager, but the phone rang for literally ten minutes and no one answered. walgreens needs to do something about this store. more

Pharmacy is overwhelmed at all times, the check out folks are WAY too slow, very disorganized, very poor selection, not even "the usual" brands available, too many loitering blacks in parking lot and walking around buying nothing in store clogging aisles... wish there was another option close by. Pros: Close to home Cons: Dirty, low quality brands, poor staffing, slow, more

Impersonal Service 2/22/2010

They fill too many prescriptions and don't take their time. A walgreens recently gave a pregnant women cancer drugs instead of her prenatal vitamins in St. Peters, causing her to miscarry. Bottom line, when they fill too many prescriptions too quickly, things like that happen. Pros: Location Cons: They are robots, and don't care about customers more
