So very Rude, Slow, and Messed up 3/8/2007

On two distinct occasions, Walgreens totally messed with my prescriptions. The first time, the technician actually had the nerve to tell me that it was too soon to order my refill and that the doctor wouldn't do it. To which I informed him that I don't discuss my medical profile with pharmacist and to do his job and mind his own business. The doctor, by the way, did refill the prescription. Pros: Good location Cons: Terrible customer service, get's scripts wrong, condescending to customers. more

Good Store 7/12/2005

Walgreens Drug Store on N. Virginia is a very nice store to shop in. It is clean and very well stocked. The sales prices that they offer are oustanding. The pharmacy is very helpful and prescriptions are always ready on time. The store is farily new and it provides a warm, inviting atmosphere and a nice store in which to browse while waiting for a prescription. more
