I have never had so much trouble getting three, very common scripts, filled before in my life.\r Called in 2 days in advance to fill the scripts to be ready for pickup. Script #1 was not ready because the Tech said I had no refills - I happened to have the old bottle with me and I had 2 refills left and the script did not expire for 2 months. Script #2 was for a 90 day fill and they only gave me a 30 day fill. Script #3 was a 90 day fill and they actually gave me 2 bottles instead of 1 (bonus!). I work in the health care field (APRN) and If I ran my practice this way I would not have a job! more

I have filled a few prescriptions at this Walgreens and have always come away dissatisfied. It seems like their computer system is down more than it's not. The staff is not helpful, any questions seem to be annoyances. The wait is always very long in comparison to how many people I see at the pharmacy. more

worst pharmacy 1/27/2012

Walgreens Pharmacy on 800 N is the most ridiculous, unorganized, stupid place ever. I stood in line for 20 min for them to tell I needed paperwork for my prescription. ( which I don't have and can't get until monday) Why in the hell didn't they tell me that when I called them on the phone to see if my prescription was ready. Why tell someone their meds are ready, when they are clearly not and not tell them to bring the right info.....I will never use them again...I only HAD to because my regular pharmacy didn't have my meds available! There were also 8-10 people waiting to get there prescription and heard 3 of them being told there insurance was invalid and they couldn't get the meds....so ridiculous! Pros: null Cons: null more
