Walgreen's is supposed to be a company I can trust. The Grants Pass Walgreen's however, is a model of incompetence and horrible customer service. I am amazed they haven't been sued for the nepotism in their hiring process as well. My girlfriend used to work there. She quit after the general manager was making fun of one of the pharmacy customers because he was upset his daughters pain medication wasn't in yet, after they delayed it on purpose, because he was on OHP, and they wanted to play games with him. TRUE STORY They assumed he was stealing the meds for himself. Come to find out his daughter was terminally ill, and he just wanted her medicine. I have also been made fun of, directly in front of me, by the staff at the pharmacy, after complaining that the pharmacy assistant was being extremely rude. They all take turns being judgmental and ignorant, and support one another in their childish attempt to run a business. I would love to see their doors close for good. Upon contacting c
