Worse customer service 3/25/2009

Employees at the pharmacy are really rude and they are always short staff and have people waiting for too long. Talk about their phone lines awful and total mess keep u on hold for 10 minutes will bounce u back to the main menu so u end up pressing the options again and u will have other people ahead of u and u will wait for another 15 minutes and you keep repeating the process. Bad customer service. Always have to wait for at least 20 to 25 Minutes just to pick up the medication. more

Just like a neighborhood pharmacy!! 4/27/2005

The Walgreens on Decoto Rd has the most pleasant staff. They are always around to help you and if something is not on the shelves they go tto the backroom to check their stock. The Cosmetics counter has exceptional people who go out of the way to help you, sometimes pointing out sales and handing out coupons. Great place to shop. The Pharmacy also has the same quality. The staff makes sure you get your prescrition on time PROS: Great service CONS: Store feels too small more
