My doctor sent in a prescription and Walgreens Pharmacy filled the wrong amount. I didn't notice until it was too late and I needed a refill. I can't go a day without this medicine, let alone 5 hours, so I took the refill and insurance wouldn't cover it because it was too soon. I paid full price and called my doctor as soon as I could to get the real prescription sent in again. When going back to try to get things right, I was told tough luck. I didn't notice their screw up right away, so I was screwed out of the full price of the medicine. Very rude customer service. I ended up paying for their incompetency. I'll do a better job in the future verifying the amount on the bottle when I pick up my prescriptions (not from that Walgreens) making sure that they do their job correctly.
