I had my MD call in a new RX and know that it was done no later than 9:30 that morning. When I went to pick up my RX I was told that they weren't sure my RX was available and that they would have to check tomorrow to see and maybe I'd have it by Friday. Are you kidding me??? It is apparent that they did NOTHING with the call in when it wasn't handy on the shelf. They had ALL DAY to check to see if it was "available" and if not, to call the MD and get a different kind. However, they did nothing. This is a rural store and I doubt they were soooo busy that they couldn't have done something in the course of 10 hours. Next RX will be called into WalMart.
