Slow 10/18/2007

Really the only good thing about walgreens is being able to refill my prescriptions over the phone using the automated system. I can set the date and time of when I'll pick up my refill.\r \r But the few times I've actually brought in the prescription to be fill and decided to wait for it...it took forever. One time they told me it would be 10-15 minutes and it ended up being around 35 minutes. It wasn't even very crowded at that time. It was the middle of a weekday. It was very frustrating. more
