My dad was supposed to receive 1 bottle of gout meds and 1 bottle of sleep aids, they gave him 2 bottles of sleep aids and instructions for both medications he was supposed to pic...

They could have sent my dad to the hospital! 12/17/2007

My dad was supposed to receive 1 bottle of gout meds and 1 bottle of sleep aids, they gave him 2 bottles of sleep aids and instructions for both medications he was supposed to pick up. Because he was in so much pain he took the supposed gout medicine in the parking lot and proceeded to drive. He nearly crashed the car because it was (apparently fast acting) sleep medication. We took him to the ER because he took the sleep aids according to the gout med directions and luckily he didn?t need his stomach pumped! This could have been a LOT more serious then it was. If you get your prescriptions filled here- please check them to make sure they are CORRECT. more
