Shame on Walgreen's 12/8/2010

Walgreen's in the Tampa area refuse to fill legal oxycodone prescriptions written by a legitimate doctor following Florida Pain Management Guidelines. They are trying to decide what medications and in what dosages a person should take and filling the role of the doctor. This has to be illegal. Shame on them. more

Never again 9/8/2005

This review is only for this Walgreens. I will never have another scrip filled there again!!! On many occasions they have been rude, I've always had to wait an hour. Many times they would call and say it's ready, but it wasn't or there would be a mix up with another persons meds. They never have enough staff in the pharmacy area. However, if it's a slow day and you get the one older pharmasist, he is very warm and helpful. But good luck seeing or talking with him. more
