Nurse called in twice to speak with pharmacist about new prescriptions. After waiting several minutes Walgreens hung up on her each time. She then called to speak with manager.Instead of being sure she was assisted, he transferred her to pharmacy where she was hung up on again. I called the Walgreens myself and after waiting over twenty minutes I, too, was hung up on when it came my turn for them to answer. I then drove to store and spoke with night manager. He told me they were very busy but made no effort to assist me. Obviously we have changed pharmacy.
