I tried to make copies of pictures using the self-serve machine. After I had spent several minutes editing the first page of pictures, I asked the attendant why the machine wasn't printing the page. She told me not to worry and to go ahead and work on my next page of pictures. I worked on a second page, and still no pictures. The attendant looked at the machine and decided that the ink needed to be changed. She spent several minutes trying to find someone to show her how to do that, and finally she got it changed. Then she told me it would take a few minutes to print those pages, so I went ahead and worked on a third page. When I was finished and it still hadn't printed any of my photos, the attendant said I should just give her my phone number and she would call me in the off chance the machine printed them. All in all I spent over 45 minutes there and walked out with no prints.
