My son was overcharged for his prescription. Walgreens would not take his insurance card even though they are a major pharmacy for our insurance. When I called to straighten it out, I was told to come in and I would be given a refund that it was waiting for me. I went there for the refund and they said I had to bring a receipt. I went back to my son and I brought them the pharmacy receipt. Then I was told it was the wrong receipt I needed the cash register receipt. Then they gave me a Walgreen's gift card. It took one phone call, and two visits and I still did not get an appropriate refund for a prescription that was covered by our insurance. We are not going back here, really terrible customer service and they took our money, $86 worth.
