I have been living in Arlington for over 17 years and visit this walgreens often since we seem to lack convenient stores/pharmacies in arlington heights now. Walgreens usually has what I am looking for (no complaints there); however, what IS TERRIBLE is the service that you get! I understand that some of the staff members might have a disability and that walgreens likes to give people a fair advantage (which is good) at obtaining a job, but it really is irritating when each of them are rude and do not want to be there, which is evident. There is a new young man there (probably about 19) who is wonderful and Joan is a sweetheart. However, the others sure as heck do not go out of their way to be nice and helpful. Some of them have also made sarcastic remarks to customers. I'd say, go to the store if you know they'll carry it but don't expect to get a warm welcoming or a helpful hand if you need to find something.
