I have loved going to this Walgreen's and have used this particular location for 6 years and up to a few days ago I have always been thrilled with their service. My doctor called in a rx that I needed and he spoke to this Theo and he missed up and did not right the info down right so when I showed up he told me that the doctor had not called it in right, so then I spoke to my doctor immediately since it was 915 pm and he informed me that he called it in and spoke directly to this THEO, and my doctor knowing that I had to have this rx right away, he called it in again. So I went back to the pharmacy and I even had to have the general store manager get involved and this THEO was still stating that the doctor was not calling the rx correctly and he was full of it since my doctor called it in a third time and I was standing where I could hear this THEO and he repeated everything and I informed the manager and she told THEO but now he refused to fill the rx since it was 10 pm when they close but my cell phone said 952 pm which was plenty of time to fill the script, but he repeatedly refused to fill. I then had to drive 30 minutes to the nearist 24hour store and wait to get it filled. I am so very unhappy and I refuse to ever deal with THEO again. Never! This is too bad I also would spend several hundreds of dollars a month on bottled water along with gifts, cards and gift bags bows ect for people, as well as all of my household toiletries and personal items for my family But after this I will take my business to CVS!
