On January 18, 2011 I went to one of the two drive-through lanes to pick up a prescription for my ten year old daughter. The pharmacy tech first told me that my insurance ?had expired.? I knew this could not be correct because the insurance was through where my wife has been employed for over 15 years. I provided the insurance card when requested, and then was told that the insurance was not expired, but that there was an incorrect date of birth. This could not be possible either, since there has never been a problem with the insurance for ten years.
