I picked up a prescription and then picked up the same medication a month later. I found out that my insurance card was not scanned in or applied to the bill that I picked up a month before. In short, I was over charged by $100.00. When I tried to explain what had happened the woman at the drive-up window was extremely rude. She ignored me so I parked my car and went inside to address the issue. I was told that after 7 days I could not get a refund and that I would have to call my insurance company and make a claim. It's been 3 weeks and still no money. Thanks Walgreens for your grand service.
