Walgreen Drug Stores

I have had the same experiences as above. I have had the Pharmacists do all they can to get what we needed, I can't remember their names now but they were females 25-35. My wife and I have also had the 1-2 hour wait and return to find the order is not ready and the pharmacists act like it is our fault and they will get it for us when it is conveniant for them. 24 hours is the only reason I use this Walgreens. more

its so funny, because I completely agree with BOTH reviews!! I only stay with this pharmacy because of the hours and convience!! There is only ONE tech I actually like!! Most are rude, most get my 'scripts wrong and MOST months (even though my prescriptions are the same all the time every month) 95% of the time THEY WILL BE WRONG AND WE WILL ARGUE ABOUT THEM. lol... Its very inconvient. But I work nights and keep strange hours...so ... I stay. more

Everytime I go to pick up my prescriptions they say atleast one hour - even when it is 10 minutes. But what really upsets me is how rude! and mean! a couple of the girl pharmacists are and especially one of the techs. The only reason I stay is becuase of the 24 hour drive-thru. Lastly, the workers never fill my presriptions when I bring them. They always say they have to make sure thr doctor wanted me to have the script. DUH! Thats what the prescription is for. I especially have the problem when the one girl is filling it. Could you please look into Walgreens when she is there and see for yourself. I will get the names of the three ladies that think they are God - and need the power. It seems to be a power struggle. Kris Singleton more

I have a like-hate thing going on with Walgreen's Pharmacy. I like that they are reasonably close to my home. I like that they are open 24 hours. I like that they have a drive-through pharmacy window. I like that I can print out our prescription records online when I file my taxes. Those things keep us reluctantly-loyal customers. Despite the fact they screw up our prescriptions almost as often as they get them right. Despite the fact that pharmacists have been abrasive and sometimes downright rude. Despite the fact that they mess up our insurance more often than not. Maybe it's not so much a like-hate thing as an ongoing balance between convenience and something close to incompetence. If someone else were able to offer the same services, I'd jump ship in a heartbeat. more
