Aside from carrying the latest bikes, the people there are extremely perosnable. But if you are looking for a cheap, well mande, brand name bike, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it if you need anything bike related, from helmets to bike locks to bike headlights-- they've got it all. i rate them A-, simply because some of their bikes are a tad pricey, but thats expected when buying a bike. more

Great bike shop - city essential! 8/12/2005

If you're moving into the city...or really no matter where you live...you should probably get a bike. I lot more useful than a car, in my opinion. And great for just exercising on, too. Anyway, when I last went shopping for a bike, Bicycle Alley was the best shop I found in Worcester. They know their bikes, gave me some good upkeep tips, and set me up with a good bike and a decent price. They do bike repairs, too, if you need some. more
