this could be a nice home if wasnt for manger that knows nothing what he is doin he worried bout my bf which had misdeamnors nothing serious while excons live all over place i moved n came back for rest of my stuff which my rent wasnt up yet n they stole eveything i had dont move here u be sorry for sure more

This property is Awesome! The manager is a great lady to work with, and the staff seems great! They work hard at keeping the place secure. The new owners have been investing in the property and the place looks great! You should check it out too!!!! more

They advertise ""security"" - the locks are broken on the so-called security doors. They advertise an indoor swimming pool - it is unusable and there a numberous excuses for that. The elevators smell of stale urine and there are cigarette butts and burns all over - this is ""being looked in to."" A tenant had a gun held to his head and robbed in broad daylight in the laudry room! I can't wait for my lease to be up!! If I knew before I signed the lease, I'd definitely be living somewhere else!!! Cons: All-around Misrepresentation more

This is the worst place to live! DON'T DO IT! The management has no control, the halls and elevators (when they work) stink like trash and anything else you can think of. They move anybody in here. If you move here you will be wishing for the end of your lease to come. We have key cards but they are no use since the gate is broke and the doors to the buildings (except to the office). This is no place for a good family that's trying to do something for themselves. There are break ins every day. The police are always here for something and a lot of vandalism. I am telling you if you move here you will regret it every day because i sure do and so does many of the other people i talk to . Oh yeah if you move in expect the little critters to move in too no matter how clean you are they are everywhere. If you don't believe me then ask to see the buildings in the back like building 8111. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! Cons: everything more
