I took my Saturn there after two separate diagnostics from ""other places"" in Bloomington did not match. They were extremely helpful. They even drove me back to class while they were checking my car. They are not afraid to say that they aren't sure what it is, unlike the other places that were willing to guess that my car needed almost $3,000 of work done that may or may not fix the problem. I will definitely go back to Walden Automotive. Pros: Very helpful. more

I'm the kind of guy that won't pay anyone to do anything. i figure if they can do it, so can i. Well i was working on my truck and got in over my head, needed tools i didn't have and really didn't want to do the job. it was noon on a friday and i called Walden. They said they were not that busy and could do the job that afternoon. i left right then and there and dropped the truck off. they called me a couple hours later and said it was ready to pickup. i paid over the phone and told them to lock the keys int he truck and i would pick it up later that evening. couldn't have been happier. they are super nice and very affordable. they won't charge you for things you don't need. i will be taking every job i don't want to do to them. i don't mind a small dirty shop, that's what a shop should be. You can have your nice waiting rooms at the dealerships, i prefer mechanics that know what they are doing. a mechanic with clean hands is no mechanic.
