Their managers are really stupid they seem as if they had just come out jail. they are not helpful at all. they look scary especially one addict looking lady by the name of Kristina she walks back and forth and talks by her self like a cucu. she defenitely should not be up front handling customer service issues. more

zero customer service 4/24/2009

that wal-mart has zero customer service. Their managers are idiots, they don't have a sense of how to efficiently solve issues from their customers. I was there last night with a return item and one tweeker looking wannabe sales associate by the name of Kristina keep me at the customer service counter for 2 long hours and she could not solve my issue. Then after the first hour one dwarf looking lady came out supposedly to help me, she claimed to be the manager, but as i suspected she was useless. By the way her name is Heidi, she is useless..... more

that wal-mart has zero customer service. Their managers are idiots, they don't have a sense of how to efficiently solve issues from their customers. crowded & full of junk 1/31/2007

I shopped in walmart one time... it ws crowed, smelled bad & the stuff they sold was junk. I ended up buying a hamper for like $25 (the kind with the three bags for sorting your clothes) and it broke with in a week! I may have overstuffed the bag... but come one, it should have lasted longer then a week! I don't think I'll EVER go back! more

Great place to Shop 6/16/2005

I shop here on a regular basis and truly enjoy it. They are very friendly, courteous and helpful. They have lots of great deals and lots to choose from. I like the fact that they have two levels in which you can shop. The only downfall is the parking lot could be a lot bigger. more
