Wal-Mart

Dr. Cassiday has a great "bedside manner" - she is upbeat and energetic and takes time with her clients to understand their needs and make appropriate recommendations. I have even seen her out in the lobby most times that I go there! I have gone to 2 separate Wal-Mart Vision Centers (WMVC) in the 2 different cities that I have lived in. I have been going to WMVC for about 10 years. I have never seen any of the doctors out in the lobby. I was in awe. My husband ended up with the other optometrist at the Noblesville WM. He wasn't very impressed. My employer decided to go with a new insurance plan that is not covered by the provider. So, unfortunately I have to find someone else. As usual, the rest of the staff is just average. I had my glasses adjusted after I got them and the guy doing it left fingerprints all over them and was trying to rush me out even though they still didn't fit right. more

I always thought that this would be a great place to get an oil change because of the convenience...BOY WAS I WRONG!!! I have gotten several oil changes at this location and the wait is NEVER under an hour and a half (sometimes longer). Even if there seems to be only one or two cars inside! There was even an incident where I had to have them replace my oil cap because I realized two days later that they "forgot" to put it back on when they were finished!!! more
