Great Service and Products 8/25/2011

I've never dealt with such down to earth folks in this industry. They are always helping me make sure that I've got everything I need to complete my projects. They are very careful to load the material so that it ends up in exactly the same shape as it left the warehouse.\r \r Everyone there is helpful and knowledgeable not just the managers. The prices they charge are very resonable and the quality even better.\r \r You want be disappointed in working with this Company and the team they've assembled. more

I not only have good service with this co. but better prices when ordering something.I deal in Wilson but have also Raleigh and the service is top notch. Everyone has a bad experience,I know after 30+years more

Bad service 7/26/2010

Once again --- Wake supply Reps don't return phone calls , and you can't get them to deliever Kenneth G . January 24th 2012 I've been a window / siding contractor for 14 years . I was approached by this company to start selling there products . The service was Sorry ! I spoke to the branch manager ( Michael ) on Monday July 26th. 2010 about a window sash I had ordered over two weeks ago was suppose to be in . NOT ONLY was it not ordered but They will not deliever it AS I WAS PROMISED WHEN I WAS DOING BUSINESS WITH EM . *** Take my advice Buy elsewhere ! more

As a contractor, I pay my expenses when I collect money from my clients. Wake Supply does not understand and they make harrassing phone calls demanding payment sooner than when I collect my money. I have never left a debt unpaid, yet they treat me as if I am out to steal from them. Cons: Difficult to work with more

Knowledeable staff, name brand products, fast lead times, six locations, loads of inventory 1/14/2009

They only have one forklift in the place. These guys do it the old fashioned way - loading by hand. They only use the forklift it seems to unload trucks of coil and vinyl cedar shake. Every box of Certainteed siding in this unpretentious warehouse is stacked by hand - neatly. I've never had a homeowner complain about a damaged box of siding from Wake Supply. It may happen - just not to me. Great line of windows, doors, and vinyl railing too. more
