Wake Forest Auto Spa

I have been going to WF auto spa for eight years now, getting my car washed at least 2x a month. They are, by far, the best car wash I have ever gone to. I have lived in many places before, and this one is the best as far as friendly service and professionalism. My ten year old Honda looks like new because of how well I keep the car and have it cleaned by WFAuto Spa. I would recommend them to everyone. I give them five stars. I love, love, love the Wake Forest Auto Spa! My headlights were really bad....like looking through wax paper, and the black plastic all around the bumper areas was sun faded. They detailed both today and did an awesome job. My car is 10 years old, so I wasn't expecting perfection...but that is what I got. Also, all the young men that run around drying, vacuuming, etc. are always very polite. I highly recommend these guys! more

My mother's ipad was stolen from her car by employees. There are no cameras at the facility to prevent this. They offered no restitution. more

I was a loyal customer (2-3 times a month) of Wake forest Auto Spa until recently. My wife took the car there prior to our vacation for the Deluxe cleaning of $23.95. They failed to entirely vacuum the inside and did not Armour All the tires. Upon our vacation return a week later, I took the van there and explained this problem to both family owners, a female and her father in law. Both basically said...too bad we'll try to do better next time....AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER WASH. One would think after paying for a service that was not satisfactory, they would at least stand behind it and rewash the vehicle. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! BEWARE COMPANIES THAT DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!! Cons: does not stand behind unsatisfactory service more
