I placed an order on July 2, 2008 with Waiting Time Toys via their webist. In mid August I attempted to call the company because I had yet to receive the order and hadn't received any correspondence from them in regards to a delay. Their phone mailbox was full. I then did an email and received no reponse. I did another email sarcastically asking if they were still in business. I received the following response within a day: yes we are, we were having a few problems due to the fires in our area (we are in the heart of No. California) it has been horrible for our staff as well as having to close quite a few times due to the fires. Our fax and phone are still the same and we are up to speed with staff again so please feel free to fax, call, or place your order online (we except PO#'s in our website).
