Wagner Portrait Group

Wagner portrait group did my son's yearbook for elementary School. They raised the rate this year by going to Wagner portrait group from another company that did an excellent job. We got the Wagner produced yearbook today and I can't believe how awful it is. I could have made a better yearbook on my home computer. The regular portrait pages are so light and washed out you that the kids are almost unrecognizable. Two of the collage pages are so bad that can't tell who the kids are. I would advise Schools to avoid this company. Pros: They delivered them. Cons: Horrible quailty more

The company was hired for prom pictures and graduation. We only recieved half the order from prom. Several calls later with promises of a package and 6 weeks with none delivered. During graduation procession, the grad stops and takes a picture with the diploma cover. A few persons before my daughter, the camera stopped working. They tried several different cameras and then finally sent the students who had been backed up on to have a seat. We were also supposed to have access to order the picture of the handshake/diploma on the stage. We have received no information to even be able to see the photo, much less order it. It is one month since the ceremony. Cherished memories that were supposed to be captured. Families were not allowed to take pictures during the process so we were relying on the professionals. They lost my daughter's pictures! The photographer was late, the service from office people susan and sarah was horrible, and I never got a refund. Go somewhere else. more
