HORRIBLE! Worst customer service ever, worst service ever. My newly installed a/c has never worked and the technicians' only response is that they don't know. The owner yells at the employees in front of customers! Zero stars. more

Honest and customer-focused 5/3/2012

I recently had an issue with a faulty thermostat. When I explained to the service manager what was happening, he advised me that a technician was not necessary and that I could save a bunch of money by fixing it myself. That's something he did not have to do and I think it speaks volumes about the manner in which Waggoner's conducts business with honesty and a focus on the customer. I will be contacting Waggoner's for all my heating/AC service in the future and would recommend them to others as well. more

Waggoners treats customers RIGHT 6/25/2011

Every time I have had issues with my H&A unit, Waggoners has taken care of my problem without fail. They are always courteous, friendly, and prompt. Even when I was a few weeks over my warranty period, they fixed my problem, no questions, no hassle. I recommend them without reservation. They are first class, the way a business should be run! more

We asked Waggoner to give us an estimate to replace our air conditioning unit. Only the unit had to be replaced, no other work was required, and this was according to them. We were given an estimate that was $1700-$1800 over two other estimate that we got from other companies. The equipment (same brand) was exactly the same and the amount of work was exactly the same. Be sure you shop around because chances are you can save money. more

If you want consistently good service call Waggoners! I really like the fact that you always get to speak to a person on the phone and not an answering machine. It's great to be able to get professional business from a local company. more

this is the worst place 12/3/2009

the sales guys for remodle is the worst in state do not get your heat and air here ive seen some really crappy work and the sales guy has no idea on witch unit u would need he has never even installed one the cheap for a reason thanks Pros: new construction awsome Cons: the remodle has no idea how to sell you a unit more
