We have been boarding and having our 2 dogs groomed at the Wag Factory since we moved to Charleston over 2 years ago and are more than happy with the services they provide! We had actually never boarded our pups before and were pretty nervous initially, however the staff made us feel more than comfortable with leaving our dogs in their hands. We have now moved to West Ashley, but will continue to use the Wag Factory just based on how happy we have been with our experience there. We definitely recommend the Wag Factory for anyone needing boarding and/or grooming services, especially for those of us like us that had never boarded your pets before!! more

I have been taking my high energy Border Collie Mix to the Wag Factory for a couple of months and he absolutely LOVES it! As soon as we turn into the entrance he starts to get very excited and runs to give Samantha (the manager) a hug when he walks through the door. The best part is that he is exhausted when we get home so I don't have to feel guilty for skipping a nightly walk here or there when I've had a long day. They actually just moved to a new building so he has even more room to run about and I love to look in on him on the webcam and see him interacting with all these other dogs. more

Super Friendly, Love the Web Cam's 9/6/2011

The folks here are all great and the staff is friendly and good to the dogs. My favorite thing is the web cam that allows you to log in and see how your dogs are doing. We will bring up the live feed on our iPad and see the staff actually petting and playing with our dogs. It's great! more

GREAT! 12/1/2010

I dropped in to see what the facility is like before I decided to leave my 5 yr old Maltese. The place is immaculate, well kept, the staff are young, friendly and knowledgeable. Neil the groomer is great, they had an opening and I left my Molley for her spa day and she was groomed exactly as I had requested. more
