I LOVE Waffle House!!! 6/28/2006

I was so excited to discover that Waffle House was as far North (but South of the Mason-Dixon Line ...) as Frederick MD! I love Waffle House and never seem to be South enough to find one. No more! Frederick is now the home of 3 different Waffle Houses! What I love about Waffle House, besides their amazing waffles (and pecan waffles), is that everything is so fresh! I know usually in a restaurant they make everything for you, but in Waffle House the kitchen is front and center so you can see them make your waffle, eggs, bacon, etc. I can't wait to come back! more
