Sam is wonderful.. He always ha a smile. He is always pleasant, but professional. He goes about doing his job in a professional manner. He keeps you well informed about what he is going to do and what he found out through his actions. He explains your options and give a recommendation when ask. Basically, I TRUST Sam and his opinion.
