Anthony is a professional Realtor in every way. Over 5 year s ago, I entrusted the selling of my home to Anthony. He did an excellent job and was successful in doing what I had asked him to do. He worked diligently in marketing my home to many individuals. He has excellent rapport with any and all types of individuals. His demeanor and professionalism allows the client to feel at ease and they know he is trustworthy. I would recommend Anthony to anyone interested in selling or buying a home. Changed My Mind 1/16/2011

I found a house I liked on their website but while typing the address in to get an idea of where the business was it was so many negative reviews popped up but when you click on them to see what they say there are only good reviews at least on this website a sentence shows up but that is it. I decided against renting from this company its called constructive criticism people if you are going to screw people over its their right to warn others. Thank You for what was most likely going to be a bad experience. more

Waddell Realty 1/7/2011

Being new to the area, I really needed someone that could assist me. I originaly went to KPDK, but was not impressed with their customer service. A co- worker suggested that I try Waddell Realty. They were willing to go the extra mile to fulfill my needs for rental property. I found them to be very pleasant, professional and knowledgable. I recomend Waddell Realty if you are looking for a rental property. more

waddell realty rental office: I think this place has the best rentals in columbus not only are most units pet friendly, they are all well maintained and clean. the fee for the application is only 25 dollars and they got back to me the next day. And on top of it all they were so friendly and polite to me, unlike some places i went to. over all i recomend them to anyone looking to rent a house in columbus more

When I was ready to move, Anthony provided me the resources needed to put my house on the market. From the number of a reliable HVAC contractor to a company who could eliminate all pet odors. He listened to my needs for a new home, and found the right house in the right neighborhood. He negotiated all the needed repairs and a deal which was right for both the seller and me. I love my new home and if my needs change and another move is in the future, I will definitely call on Anthony again. more

easy and efficient. 11/23/2010

Peggy took the time to listen to our criteria and understand what we were looking for in a house before we ventured out to view properties. Because of this, she showed us only houses that met our requirements and we found our house the first week! Beyond that, Peggy made the whole process easy and efficient. All paperwork was completed over the computer without the need to schedule appointments and travel out of our way to an office. She even worked with our lender to ensure a smooth closing. If you want a Realtor who is patient, a good listener and will not push you into a home you don't want, I recommend you call Peggy. more

Peggy was a joy to work with while selling the home I had lived in for twenty years. She was honest and up-front about the issues of selling a house with acreage and had specific recommendations of things I could do to make the house more sellable. She stayed in contact with me about potential buyers and always kept me informed about what was happening in the market. I highly recommend Peggy to anyone who is buying or selling a house. more

Ms. Gail helped my wife and I find the perfect home for our family. She had a clear respect for our time, did her homework, and was always prepared when showing us homes. She has a great knowledge of the Columbus area and was able to talk to us about different areas of town. After we selected our home, she was invaluable during the negotiations and closing processes. We don't plan to move from our dream home, but if we do I certainly hope Gail is our Realtor! more

I just want to say, that all the places that were showed showed to me were really nice, in my price range, and what I had asked him for. I sent him a ton of listings and he took the time to look through them all to see what I really wanted. He did not waste my time once, and followed up with me via email and phone whenever I needed. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. more

pleasant and helped 10/22/2010

We just recently purchased a home from Waddell Realty in Columbus. We have been renting from them over the past year while looking for our perfect home! The agents at Waddell are very helpful and pleasant and helped us thru the whole process. I would recommend Waddell Realty for renting or buying a home in Columbus, GA. They where by far the best we have ever dealt with! more
