I am a new customer to Wachovia, opening my account online. The closest Wachovia to my home is in Hermitage, but I have found one closer to school in Downtown Nashville. The same teller has been rude and nasty both times I have had to use the Hermitage location. I asked a question about a check being placed on hold and she dismissed both my concerns and told me to go across the street to Bank of America to cash the check if I didn't want to have it on hold. I couldn't believe the audacity. I called the main customer service number for Wachovia and even the agent I spoke too was flabbergasted. He apologized profusely and passed on my complaint to the location manager. Do I expect anything different?-I don't know, because I won't be returning....
Pros: Better parking lot than Downtown Nashville
