I have been going to WW COUSINS for years. Recently there was a coupon which stated one hamburger or any other entree-buy one get one free. Pros: great food Cons: false advertising more

Good food. Enjoy the Kids Eat Free on Monday and Tuesdays after 4. Most of the people who work there are rude. One of the Managers is a so rude. I had a problem with something THEY messed up on and he was very rude about it. My rating is based on food and the kids eat free deal. I would give it 1 star for the politeness of the workers. We used to go to this restaurant pretty often. Recently we took some out of town relatives and had a terrible experience. The service was terrible, and the prices were way inflated. Everything was ala cart. It cost us fifty bucks for 2 adults and six children. When we complained to the manager he blew us off and was rude. thats funny because me and my husband had the exact same problem when we visited ww cousins....If i had to describe the place i would say HORRIBLE..BIG ATTUITDE...RUDE...we placed our order for 2 people, and the cashier told us it would be 29.00..ridiculous. I politely asked her how is 2 meals $29.00...she rolled her eyes, gets frustrated with me and my husband. I asked for the manager and even the manager was rude. The cashier slams her arm on the counter and throws her head against the computer as if she was really frustrated. I couldnt believe that she was acting like that, and it was her first day on the job too. Even the manager said give her a break its her first day. If you are going to have an employee that acts like that on her first day, and the manager says its ok! You are not going to have any buisness with that attitude. I will never go back there it was rude service and not worth paying money for that type of service!!!! more

The food there isn't even decent. they give you the meat and the buns. You have to add the dressings yourself from a dressing bar. Very low class and the service is terrible! The cashier was very rude. She messed up an order and even showed her the reciept but she insisted that we were wrong. Nothing pleases my husband. He can eat 3 Big Macs or Whoppers, but a single burger from Cousins completely satisfies him. And even better, I like it too. I have visited the restaurant a few times, and always believed it to expensive for a burger. The condiments are extensive and allow you to dress your burger a few ways. All things considered, I chode to go elsewhere to enjoy a good burger. There is no service; you enter the restaurant and are not greeted, but form a line to hte counter much like MickyD's. I love eating at W.W. Cousins. You can dress your burger any way you want. That means if you want green olives and horseradish on your burger...then by golly, that's what you should get. more

The Burgers are good and they have a large selection of topings that you add your self. The service is so quick you don't have time to eat a salad prior to the meal arriving. Pros: Good Burgers, Variety of topings more

Awesome burgers made your way. Large condiment bar that contains anything that one would care to place on a hamburger. The homemade buns are excellent as are the plate size cookies. Iced oatmeal cooke is to die for. Basket of cheese fries is also outstanding and great value as it can feed 3-4 people. The only restaurant where you can still get a RARE hamburger still maintaining the safety standards for ground beef but they are thick enough to get a warm pink center. Also, tey are the only one I know where you can get garlic salt more
