HORRIBLE. All she does is write scripts. Spends 5-10 minutes with you and is condescending. Her staff wouldnt set an appt with me because they said I owed money, even though it was an insurance mistake and even had verification from ins. com that is was. Asked to speak to her & told only staff speaks to patients unless you have appointment. Couldn't make appt due to blizzard. Was running out of meds as they wouldn't let me make an appt due to the insur mistake & then the day that i did finally get an appt there was a blizzard. So when I asked to speak to her I was told NO. It was an act of god not that I wanted to see a movie instead of making my appointment. Her whole practice seems to be counter-intuitive to the practice of psychiatry. I am writing a complaint letter to the Amer. Board of Psychiatry. I have never been treated so poorly. In reading her code of ethics, it is my opinion she clearly is not adhering to her own codes. Cons: Unhelpful staff, only spent 5-10 minutes w/you before script more

Dr Wu is very compassionate and skilled. She is a very busy Dr. and I did not always feel I was given enough time to talk with her. But I always felt she was concerned and helpful, i only quit seeing her when her practice moved out of the Westside. Pros: Dr Wu is very kind and helful Cons: She is now too far away for me t be her patient. more
